First of all, let me just say…the web pics of Ruby Moon DO NOT do her justice!
When I finally unpacked her, I sat staring, stunned by her beauty. Ruby Moon is simply hypnotic…and if she is any indication, I can see why Sugarluxe collectors want more and more.
I wanted to post a photo of her in her spot on my wall; She will have two places, one in the Spring, Summer and Autumn above my fireplace, but nestled away safely on the wall in my room during the winter months…safer from any possible soot or smoke. The mantle is getting a fresh coat of paint, so after that, I will have a nice photo of Ruby Moon, watching over the Man Cave.
Chandra, I couldn’t be more proud to have this piece…I cherish it as my most prized possession.
Now everyone go and order your Sugarluxe canvas art! =)

GET OUT!

OK, I get home to see a message from Ebony (my most worthy opponent), and was truly confused about the message…I had no idea I won, and when I came here, I was dropped off at the bottom of the thread, where it began to sink in…only then did I scroll up to see the announcement! I am grinning ear to ear, kinda feel tingly like when you lean too far back in your chair BUT catch yourself before you fall, and…WOW! YEA ME! LOL
First of all, I’d like to thank my chicken bones and Universe…I couldn’t have done it without you guys! I’d ALSO like to give it up to my lover Flavor Flav; he’s been amazing through all this, and has endured so much dram…I think we are going to wind his clock back a few hours and have some “us time”.
But I couldn’t express enough thanks for the talented artist we all know and love that made ALL this possible for all of us to have even just a moment of escape from the real world and live here in Sugarluxelandville.

Thank you, Chandra for some really great February fun! Unless Ruby Moon comes with a fur coat, perhaps it’s best she stay somewhere warm(er) than here – the last few days up here have been super cold – it’s only 10 degrees F here but with the wind chill it is actually minus 8. Perhaps you can add a ski bunny to your collection of Sugarluxe girls…parkas are sexy right?

I’ll be making my vote for Soul Sista for sure! Can’t wait to see who wins this on!
