How are you doing? I love your new blog’s layout.

I love this post about your friend Karen. It reminds me of me and my best friend too. We have shared so much and just am having so much fun. It’s a real blessing to have a great friend. Even one best friend in a lifetime is way better than 10 other acquaintances.

Hey Chandra, I am here to enter again into your drawing. Cuff links would be so cool because we go to the Margarita Ball every year in Dallas. If your not familiar, its a Children’s Charity and everyone brings a child’s toy so underprivileged children can have a gift Christmas morning. It’s the only time we dress up black tie. Anyway, if I don’t win, I may buy my honey some later anyway. I am still getting one of your art pieces, just more bills than I expected this week, all at one time.

Also I wanted to say I loved your post about Karen. I’m so glad you two have each other…but it made me sad too. After losing contact w/ you all of these years and seeing what a wonderful person you have become (not that you weren’t wonderful before) makes me jealous of you two. I miss you, my old BFF from Jr High! Seriously, you have humbled me in a way you will never know, with your generosity, kindness, love and strength. Thank you for that. About two years ago, I bought one of your compacts in a boutique. Months later, I had to have a card case too and found you online because my ten y.o daughter had taken ownership of my compact.

Now, as its almost Valentine’s day, guess what? My mom wants something from SugarLuxe too. It’s really unbelievable how much we all love your art. I don’t know how you managed to strike a chord with 3 different generations but you’ve done it!

I think it might based on not just what you do, but who you are. You walk the talk about genuine kindness and your sincere friendship with Karen is at once, both an inspiration and a source of envy. At a time when we are lacking in true role models, I’m glad there is you.

I read Karen’s blog this morning and had an overwhelming feeling of jealousy! You both are lucky to have eachother.

On another note, Kianna is beyond enjoying her buckle and I can’t say thank you enough. She just loves that whenever she wears it she gets several comments on it. I tried to wear it the other day and her repsonse to that was “Mom, you don’t rock it like I do!”

She’s a funny kid and is now addicted to your stuff:)

Hi Chandra, this post is really sweet. You sweep me up into your life. You make me wish I was there and one of your best friends too. But then again, that’s the beauty of what you do, in a way, you always make me feel like I’m there with you and part of your glamorous life.

Well, going over to Karen’s blog, I realize your life probably isn’t always glamorous and it is so much hard work. But compared to how boring my life is, it’s fun that I feel like I get to live a little bit through you.

So, as corny as this sounds…it feels like you and Karen are my new BFFs. A few years ago I also felt like Ross, Monica, and Rachel were my best friends too…so maybe I’m just a bit “weird”.

I woke up to read this wonderful post this morning dedicated to your bff. You are so incredibly lucky. I have had many girlfriends in my lifetime, but never a true best friend.
